Version: SaaS v1.0 · Updated: September 10, 2026
Effective: Upon publication on the SaaS website, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and AIGCBAR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AIGCBAR", "we", or "us"), for AIGC BAR SaaS at https://saas.aigc.bar. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before registering, purchasing, or using the service. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Service availability depends on applicable law, supported locations, and provider restrictions. Do not circumvent applicable geographic, export-control, sanctions, or account restrictions. We may decline service where it would be unlawful. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit a contract to exclude.
A separately signed enterprise agreement or order governs the matters it expressly covers; an applicable data processing agreement governs its data-processing subject matter. These Terms do not imply that every account has an enterprise agreement, service-level guarantee, or data processing agreement.
2. The service
The service provides hosted AI chat and workflows, including code assistance, projects and files, image or other content generation, server-side workspaces, integrated CLI capabilities, MCP and Skills tools, and scheduled tasks where offered. Features, models, and limits depend on your plan and the current product configuration.
We integrate third-party models and services. Their availability, policies, versions, prices, and technical limits can affect the service. We may maintain or update the platform and replace supported integrations. Material changes to a paid service are subject to applicable notice, contractual, and consumer-remedy requirements. No uptime or output-quality guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, unsafe to execute, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review and test code, files, and other outputs before relying on or distributing them. AI output is not a substitute for professional judgment in legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical matters.
3. Accounts and authorized execution
Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, sessions, access tokens, and integration credentials. Promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for use you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to secure your account; this does not excuse a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
An account is for its authorized user unless we expressly approve a multi-user arrangement. Do not share logins, lease or sell accounts, transfer sessions, distribute platform or upstream credentials, or offer unauthorized access through a shared gateway. A subscription is not a license to resell service capacity.
Tools can read or change workspace files, run programs, access websites, and send data to configured services. Review the permissions you grant. Automatic execution mode and scheduled tasks may perform permitted actions without asking about each individual step. You must have authority over resources and accounts you connect. You remain responsible for independent backups of important content.
4. Acceptable use and restrictions
You must not:
- Share, rent, resell, or redistribute accounts, access credentials, subscription allowances, or unauthorized access to the platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or probe the platform's non-public software, internal interfaces, security mechanisms, or provider access to extract protected source code, model weights, training data, credentials, or other confidential information, except as permitted by non-waivable law or explicit authorization.
- Bypass or manipulate billing, quota reservations, usage reporting, rate or concurrency limits, workspace isolation, access controls, safety controls, geographic restrictions, or account enforcement; deliberately exploit a defect to obtain unpaid capacity.
- Create or coordinate accounts to abuse trials, coupons, referrals, refunds, or other benefits; perform payment fraud, credential theft, scraping without authorization, denial-of-service attacks, or unapproved stress tests.
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, phishing, malware deployment, unauthorized intrusion, harassment, doxxing, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, child exploitation, terrorism, or other unlawful harm.
- Submit content or connect resources you lack authority to use, or violate applicable model-provider and connected-service rules.
These restrictions do not prohibit normal analysis of code you own or are authorized to analyze, legitimate authorized security work, activities permitted by applicable open-source licenses, or rights that cannot legally be restricted. Sharing your own lawful output through supported sharing features is different from sharing platform credentials or selling access to the platform. If you discover a vulnerability, stop any unnecessary access and report it to saas-service@aigc.bar; do not extract other users' data or exploit the issue for service consumption.
5. Plans, usage, and billing
5.1 Purchases and terms
Plans may be offered with monthly or yearly periods, or other terms expressly shown in the product. Your checkout and order identify the selected plan, billing period, entitlement, discounts, currency, and final amount. A renewal extends the applicable entitlement according to the order; an upgrade may be priced for the remaining term. Manual grants, trials, and beta benefits are not necessarily paid subscriptions and may have different expiry rules.
Paying for one order does not, by itself, authorize unspecified future charges. Any recurring-payment arrangement must be disclosed and authorized separately. Prices and available methods for future purchases may change; changes do not retroactively change the price recorded for a completed order.
5.2 Coupons and promotional benefits
Coupon rules may restrict eligible users, plans, billing periods, start and end dates, per-user uses, and total uses. If no users are selected for a coupon, it is available to users who satisfy its other rules. A code or displayed listing does not guarantee availability after a limit is reached or its validity period ends. Eligibility is verified when an order is placed and paid.
The final order price after applicable discounts is the payment basis. A coupon is not cash and does not confer a recurring or lifetime discount unless its published terms expressly say so. Referral benefits, where offered, are subject to the referral rules and qualifying net paid transactions; a discount does not entitle anyone to a rebate based on money that was never paid. Promotional abuse can lead to cancellation of improperly obtained benefits.
5.3 Usage allowances and reservations
Usage allowances are budgets for service consumption, not guarantees of a fixed number of requests, messages, or tokens. Charges may depend on the selected model, reported input and output usage, caching, images, tools, configured multipliers, or a disclosed per-request price. Image models may use token-based or per-request billing; where token-based image billing has a configured fallback for missing upstream usage, the applicable published fallback governs.
We may reserve estimated allowance before accepting a request and reconcile it with actual billable usage. Unused reservations are released under the settlement process. Long tasks or concurrent requests can consume the remaining budget or reach other limits while running; limited overrun tolerance, where provided, is not unlimited credit and is not guaranteed for every request. Usage-window resets and subscription expiry are separate events.
A failed or interrupted task may already have generated valid upstream usage. That completed usage can be charged even if a later step fails; a task that produced no billable usage should not retain a charge for unconsumed estimates. Contact support if you believe a reservation, settlement, or debit is incorrect.
5.4 Optional wallet / allowance booster
The wallet or allowance booster is prepaid service value and is not a bank account or cash deposit. Its use for additional service consumption depends on your enabled/disabled setting and the conditions shown in the product. Disabling it retains the unused balance and prevents it from automatically funding new requests under that setting; it does not reverse usage already incurred or authorized reservations awaiting settlement. Applicable refund rights remain available under Section 6.
5.5 Payment processing
Available payment methods may depend on the final payable amount, currency, provider availability, and configured transaction limits. Follow the amount and instructions shown in the active checkout. Orders become effective after confirmed payment and fulfilment; delayed or disputed payment confirmations may require reconciliation. Applicable taxes or currency conversions are governed by the purchase disclosure and payment-provider terms.
6. Refunds, mistakes, and service problems
Use the available order/refund or support features, or contact saas-service@aigc.bar with the order reference and reason. Do not send payment credentials. We assess the confirmed amount actually paid, applicable offer terms, service delivered, unused value, and mandatory law. Any refund cannot include a coupon discount or other amount you did not pay, except where a separate legal remedy requires otherwise.
Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failure to supply the purchased service, or non-conforming digital services are assessed on their merits. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, price-reduction, refund, and other consumer rights remain available where applicable. Starting to use the service does not automatically waive a statutory withdrawal right if the required legal conditions for that waiver have not been met.
For confirmed serious violations, including credential theft, unauthorized account sharing or resale, malicious reverse engineering, bypassing billing, or deliberate abuse of service capacity, we may permanently terminate the account and, to the extent permitted by law, decline refunds of unused subscription fees or wallet value associated with that violating account. This rule is not a blanket exemption for our own failure to provide the service, does not remove mandatory refund rights, and does not authorize an unlawful or disproportionate penalty. A good-faith complaint, accidental error, or request for a refund is not itself abuse.
7. Suspension, termination, and appeal
We may restrict requests or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate suspected fraud or a material violation, comply with law, or protect service integrity. Immediate action may be necessary for active attacks, compromised credentials, or legal requirements. Where lawful and practical, we provide the general reason and an opportunity to correct a remediable issue.
Confirmed serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination. Enforcement should be proportionate to the conduct and evidence. You may appeal to saas-service@aigc.bar with the account and relevant circumstances; we can review an incorrect decision. We may withhold details whose disclosure would undermine security, expose another person's data, or violate law.
You may request account closure at any time. Access then ends, remaining amounts are handled under Section 6, and personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Important content should be exported while access is available. Legal, billing, security, and dispute records may remain where needed under applicable retention rules.
8. Content, intellectual property, and privacy
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. As between you and AIGCBAR, you may use output generated for you, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms. We cannot guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display submitted and generated content as needed to provide the service and the sharing actions you choose, maintain it, and protect its security.
The platform's software, branding, and protected technology belong to AIGCBAR or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond authorized service use and rights granted by applicable licenses or mandatory law. Feedback may be used to improve the service; this does not transfer ownership of unrelated private customer content.
The SaaS service stores chats, workspaces, files, and necessary operational records. It is not a promise of direct-to-provider or zero-retention processing. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and connected services. Do not submit information that you are prohibited from disclosing or processing through these services.
9. Beta programs
An identified beta program may offer temporary grants and may change or end under its disclosed conditions. Where a beta notice says that beta data or grants may be cleared at launch, keep independent copies of important material. That notice does not authorize cancellation of separately purchased entitlements or amounts owed under mandatory law.
Participation records may be used to determine eligibility for a promised launch or renewal offer. The discount, eligible products, period, and usage limits must be stated in the applicable offer. These Terms do not invent a discount rate or convert a temporary beta grant into lifetime paid access. A beta clean-up must preserve the records needed to honour valid promised benefits, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
10. Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for its own obligations and conduct under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is offered "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output. We do not exclude mandatory standards for supplying paid digital services or legal responsibility that cannot be excluded.
To the extent legally permitted, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate contractual liability for the service is limited to the total amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Third-party involvement does not remove obligations we legally owe you.
For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, unauthorized use, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to compensate us for our own breach or misconduct, and it does not impose a duty inconsistent with mandatory consumer protections.
11. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms with the notice and, where required, acceptance or cancellation opportunity required by applicable law. The current version and effective terms are published on the SaaS website. Changes do not retroactively remove valid accrued rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues where legally possible. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it. Neither party is responsible for delays genuinely beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law; this does not automatically extinguish accrued payments or mandatory remedies. We may transfer this agreement in a business reorganization with the required protections and notice, but may not use a transfer to reduce non-waivable rights.
12. Governing law, disputes, and contact
Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you as a consumer. Please contact us first for good-faith resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved after thirty days from written notice, it may be brought before a competent court in Wyoming unless mandatory law gives you another court or procedure. Nothing prevents an earlier claim required to preserve rights or access to a regulator or mandatory consumer dispute mechanism.

The English text is the full agreement. The Chinese summary is provided for convenience. Mandatory language, transparency, and consumer-protection rules prevail over any inconsistent language-precedence provision. Neither party has a unilateral "final interpretation" right that overrides these Terms or applicable law.
